This page describes how this website version handles account and marketplace data. It is a draft for the site owner to review before public launch.

Information you provide

When you create an account, we store your name, email, city, role and a password hash. Tutors may add a public profile. Parents may publish tuition requirements. Tutors may send applications with a short message.

Public listings

Public listings show tutor display names, teaching details, city, and published tuition needs. Account email addresses and password hashes are excluded from public listing APIs. Do not include phone numbers, exact addresses or other private details in public descriptions.

Sessions and storage

A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. This local version stores records in a server-side JSON file. The site owner is responsible for access controls, backups and a production storage plan.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact details for privacy requests will be added by the site owner before public launch. Until then, this website should be used only in a controlled test environment.
